Refund Policy

At Alpha Performance Clinic, we strive for transparency in our billing and services. Due to the personalized, medical nature of our consultations, treatments, and therapies (including TRT and peptide protocols), most payments are non-refundable.

General Rules

  • Consultations/Initial Visits: Fees for initial consultations, evaluations, or lab reviews are non-refundable once the service has been provided or scheduled.

  • Treatment Packages/Protocols: Pre-paid treatment plans, medications, or peptide supplies are generally non-refundable after dispensing or initiation, as they involve custom medical services and inventory costs.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least [e.g., 24-48 hours] in advance to avoid fees. Late cancellations/no-shows may forfeit the session fee.

Exceptions (Case-by-Case Review) Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances, such as:

  • Documented medical contraindication preventing treatment continuation (requires physician note).

  • Service not rendered due to clinic error.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to david@bealpha.us within 14 days of the charge, with supporting details. Requests are reviewed individually; decisions are final.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within

7-14 business days.

This Policy does not affect statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
